Congress is more than a meeting; it is where we take stock and set our collective direction. The days in Sydney were a success, but more importantly it is a mandate. Global brands urged to support fair wages for Cambodian garment workers10 February, 2025IndustriALL Global Union is calling on brands and retailers sourcing from Cambodia to sign the Agreement to Support Collectively Bargained Wages in the Garment, Textile, Footwear and Travel Goods Industry in Cambodia, in a bid to improve wages and working conditions for the country’s garment workers.

Union win at Pontus Footwear7 February, 2024In a victory for organizing, Pontus Footwear in Cambodia has agreed to reinstate three local union leaders from Collective Union of Movement of Workers (CUMW). This follows over a year of engagement with American brand VFC who sources from the factory.
T-win Garment reinstates eight Cambodian union leaders3 May, 2023Interventions from IndustriALL Global Union and Nike, has led to T-win Garment Cambodia Co. Ltd. reinstating eight local union leaders who are affiliated to the Collective Union of Movement of Workers (CUMW). They were reinstated on 26 April.
