Play Fair campaign

Play Fair is a global campaign coordinated by international trade unions federations and NGOs. The campaign began in the run up to the 2004 Athens Olympics and was the biggest anti-sweatshop mobilization ever. Since then, campaigns have been organized around many sports events, including the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the 2010 South Africa World Cup and now in the run up to the London 2012.

Flame for workers’ rights passes to Sochi and Brazil

The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games ended on 9 September, and the Play Fair campaign now shifts focus to ensuring future Olympic and World Cup events in Sochi and Brazil have concern for the rights of workers at their core.

Olympic hosts sign communiqué to promote respect for human rights

Improving working conditions in Philippines EPZs
